This beautiful headpiece features a white bonnet with striped ruffles, white simple front ties, horns with thick pink & blue stripes and white ruffles, and is adorned with white 3D hearts with a blue trim, pink spirals and tassels. The heart accessories contain squeaky toys! 

The horns are bouncy, and move around similarly to long hair. This hat is great for performing, or for wearing at festivals, ren faires and raves.

Size: fits heads with 21.5-23.5 inch circumference.
