Refund policy

Returns only, 14 days after receiving the item.

The shipping cost will be split 50/50, unless it is an error on my part (i.e. I sent the wrong item or the item was made incorrectly).

For custom made items, it is possible for me to make a replacement if the item was made incorrectly, but this option will depend on the order volume. Please understand that making a replacement item can take a lot of time.
