Crochet clown hair clip with a matching white flagged collar with a pastel variegated trim and blue, pink and yellow pompoms. The front ties are decorated with yellow stars.

**You need medium length hair to wear this hair clip! The clip may not hold on short, thin hair.

The flag collar doubles as a skirt!

Materials: 100% acrylic yarn, yarn scraps (inside the hair clip) and a metal hair clip.
