This beautiful headpiece features a yellow bonnet with a widow's peak, a blue wavy trim and blue ruffles around the neckline. It has pink simple front ties, solid horns with blue, yellow and pink stripes, and is adorned with yellow 3D stars, 2 balloon dog pendants, spirals and tassels. The star accessories contain squeaky toys! 

The horns are solid, and stand wide on the head This hat is perfect for performing, or for wearing at festivals, ren faires and raves.

Size: fits heads with 20.5-22 inch circumference.
