This beautiful headpiece features a black and purple striped bonnet with yellow ruffles, purple & black simple front ties, horns with white, black and purple stripes, yellow ruffles, and adorned with yellow 3D stars and tassels. The star accessories contain squeaky toys! 

The horns are bouncy, and move around similarly to long hair. This hat is great for performing, or for wearing at festivals, ren faires and raves.

Size: fits heads with 20-22 inch circumference.
