This is an advanced intermediate crochet pattern for a jester hat with long 3D horns. The horns cascade down to the ribs and flop around in a very fierce manner.
This hat is perfect for performing, or to look unique at a festival, rave, Halloween party or ren faire. This babe WILL make heads turn!
