Crochet birthday-style clown hat with a black and white striped body, green ruffles, a green skull patch and two ties to secure under the chin. This set is completed with a matching flag collar. 

The flag collar doubles as a skirt! 

One size fits most! If you have large hips, you may not be able to wear the collar as a skirt. If you are worried about the sizing, please message me and I will make longer front ties!

Materials: acrylic yarn, acrylic yarn pompoms (secured with contact glue to prevent them from unraveling), yarn scraps and polyfill (inside the clown hat)
